#1 Gift, Teaching (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I’ve not only been trained in learning and communicating the truths of scripture, but I feel God has given me a unique ability to understand and in tangible ways express God’s heart to people.

#2 Gift, Evangelism (96%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love the Lord and his church, but nobody enters that fold if they have not heard his truth. I want people to know of God’s passionate pursuit of their hearts.

#3 Gift, Pastoring/Shepherding (96%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Mentoring, discipling, and equipping those around me to walk out in all God has for them is something I’m extremely zealous for. I work to create a safe space for people top be open and honest because from there we can journey into growth and healing and impact in the Kingdom.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love studying scripture and diving into it’s rich depths for new insight.

2. I love public speaking so very much.

3. I love to hype people and create a team atmosphere with a confidence and delight in being that particular group.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Young adults are my favorite because they’ve come into who they are yet so much is still unknown. They’re eager to learn and engage and I learn from them even as I love on them and teach them.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Christendom and the complacency that has come with it is something I’m very fiery about. We must awaken the church. It’s not enough to go through the motions!

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised by parents who love Jesus. At an early age I understood the gospel and bought in wholeheartedly. Sanctification is still happening but justification happened before I was of school age.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

CCU – Staff Leader for Israel Missions Trip
Mentoring a student one on one
Helped with Women’s Ministry events

The Rock Community Church – Middle School Leader
Helping plan the Women’s Retreat

Bethany Global University – Student Life Mentor
-Led Worship
-Planned Women’s Retreats
-Spoke at Women’s Retreats
-Facilitated Student Leadership Trainings

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

My dad taught me to preach.

I’ve been given leadership roles that catapulted me into confidence in that arena of my life.

I lived in Marseille, France for 16 months for a global internship.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

My dad confessed a porn addiction and stepped down from church leadership.

My dad was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and is going to die very soon.

I spent 4 months unemployed and wrestling with God about what his care and provision and guidance actually mean.

Wrapping It Up

  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Start a ministry that trains churches in effective discipleship and community building.
