[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Being around my family and friends.

2. Seeing my students understand something new or meet a goal for the first time.

3. Being a part of team that really works together and enjoys each others company.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I enjoy working with multiple age groups who I am somewhat familiar with. I will say that I am shy at first but enjoy getting to know people better.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I love church but sometime become insecure in my knowledge of God’s word so I wouldn’t feel to comfortable in a situation where I would need to share exact parts right away in a group setting.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up in the Catholic Church which was fine but I never really had the opprotunity to grow my faith or get a good understanding of what it meant to be a christian. It wasn’t until college I really grasped what God had done and could do in my life. I really grew in my relationship with God all throughout college through a ministry called Cru.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Getting discipled in college and growing along side of a leader in my college ministry.

Gaining a friend group that had the same beliefs that allowed and still allows all of us to grow closer together.

Seeing how God made my path very different from how I saw it and how it changed my life forever.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Moving to a new city not being connected to anyone.

Trying to find a new church community.

Financial struggles.
