This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Probably because of my leadership ability. Many place I go, people look to me for guidance. I think its the voice too. Lol. I may have a different view of administration personally though. I do know how to organize things.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Yes I have this one, being a former teacher and athletic coach in the public schools, and helping people where they are at, it is easy to communicate infomation and truths with others.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I am not sure about this one in the general sense. I don’t feel I do prophecy like some others do. So this one surprised me. If we are talking about explaining God’s word in a way that helps people understand, and speaking into their lives how God wants to use them, then yes. I may need help understanding this more.
[H]eart
1. Teaching, training, coaching, and of course, speaking about the Lord with people, in a natural way, in organic conversation. I don’t have “an agenda”. I love helping others wherever they are at, and speaking into their lives, and encouraging them. Hello hope. But this is never forced upon them.
2. Playing racquetball, dominoes, card and board games, and cutting up with people who love to do the same. We are loud at times, talking trash with each other, and always enjoying what we are doing together. We laugh alot, learn alot, eat alot, and build relationships alot. I guess its being with anyone who does not let stuff get to them easily. We enjoy and are there for one another through all the stuff life gives us.
3. When I am fulfilling what I believe I am born to do. Some call it your purpose, or using your talents, gifts and abilities. I am not talking about preaching the word, although that could be it as well. It is being used yes. But it doesn’t have to be so formal. Most of the times, its just meeting people where they are at, in the smallest mundane moment monents of their life. It may just be a word of encouragement or inspiration. Or at times a small act of kindness, or unexpected thing. No matter what it is, when it happens, others see past just me, and it affects them in a good way, and they were not expecting. that.
I have worked with all the ages, from elementary to full adults. I want to work with “people who are willing” first and foremost. I really don’t focus on age. Those who have an open mind, a teachable spirit, and is not negative thinking first. They are hungry, non-judgmental, welcoming, delightful to talk to, and don’t have to see it first, to believe it. Next would be perhaps people who are seasoned in life a little bit (25 on up) and are ready to make a change. They want to make a difference in something somehow. Well, that’s good enough for now I think. 🙂
Men’s ministry is one, family dynamics as I call it, or working with the family to come together as one in the things that they value. Working with those who want to plan a strategy for their life, have goals, and want to reach their potential. Discipleship, leadership, teaching, coaching, or training type of things, are where God has used me mostly. I have been blessed, working in the lives of people. Its one of my gifts.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

5. Visit people in their hopes, they buy or fix dinner, learn about them, their struggles, and hopes and dreams, then coaching them on those things, AND THEN WHEN I LEAVE, either leave like a large sum of money or pay their bills.
