S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Patrice E. Moss for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have a great deal of empathy. I know what it is like to feel lonely and rejected, so my heart cries for those who feel “less than” and I want them to feel more uplifted and confident in who they are in Christ!
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I believe the best way to bring followers to Christ is to tell them about my story. To me, testimonies are the best and most effective form of ministry/evangelism.
[H]eart
1. education and mentoring young minds!
2. expose students/young persons to opportunities that may not otherwise be in their path
3. being dependable; I enjoy knowing someone trusts me with whatever they need from me
I like to work with young people, really any age. I also like to work with young women of color!
What excites me the most is interacting with these young, impressionable minds, having the ability to have them believe they are great!
What concerns me the most is volunteer commitment/follow through and the vision of the leadership and if I will fit into that vision.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I grew up in a Christian home, but I didn’t receive Christ for myself until I was in college. However, I don’t think I really came to Christ until I was in the darkest place of my life, needing Him more than ever. Through Him, I was restored.

5. Travel to every continent on the planet, leaving my footprint leading to educational equity, social justice and access.
