Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

My freshman year in college some teammates invited me to a College Golf Fellowship Retreat. During my meeting time with the leader she asked me on a scale of 1-10 what my chances were of going to heaven if I were to die tomorrow. I said nine because I thought my chances were pretty good. She asked why I thought that I would go to heaven and I stated listing out good things that I do like go to church in occasion, go to FCA, and that I was a good person. She then explained that I couldn’t earn my way to heaven (Eph 2:8,9) and that we all fall short of God’s glory (Rom 3:23). I then realized that I needed a Savior and surrendered my life to Christ.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Quitting my free Master’s degree at NIU to go raise support and go on staff with CRU. Watching God provide for my every need and being faithful and sufficient in ALL things.

Going to the Big Break Conference and shaking in my shoes when I realized we would be doing beach evangelism, but later realizing that it wasn’t about me, but taking a step of faith in the power of the Holy Spirit and leaving the results to God. Watching God be my mouthpiece and just speaking through me and giving me boldness was SO amazing!! There is something exhilarating when you are totally out of your comfort zone and there is nowhere to turn, but God, as you know He’s going to show up and work in a powerful way!!

Working on staff with CRU and really learning the joy of walking intimately with God, walking in the power of His Spirit moment by moment, being totally surrendered and dependent upon the Lord and really witnessing the power of God in and through you when you get out of the way let allow the Holy Spirit to fill you!

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

My dad dying when I was almost four.

My step-dad who was like a dad to me, leaving and never hearing from him again for 25 years.

Watching my step-dad physically abuse my mom and then my mom later being a single mom and not even having money for school lunch at times.
