Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Raised in a Christian family household and accepted Christ at the age of roughly 10. My family migrated to Melbourne from HK in 2005 at the age of 12 and since then have been attending the same church. I served in the music ministry throughout high school, and was spiritually stable but not growing heaps. Then I found out in year 11 that my father had an affair which tore the family apart. But despite that I still experienced God’s hand upon us through the support of family and friends. My relationship with God started to deepen halfway into my uni course where I joined a Christian group and later also went on missions. Through that God had planted a seed in me for evangelism. But that was only the beginning. As I graduated from uni into full time work, God grew in my heart a desire for His word, and for children (through serving in children’s ministry). I also discovered a lot of buried insecurities within me in which God is gradually doing a healing work and reminding me of my worth in Christ.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Children’s ministry

Music ministry – keyboard

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Going on mission trips (summer project, china trip, beach mission)

Having few close friends whom I can confide in and have accountability with

Joining Christian group at uni – meeting a bunch of passionate Christians and serving alongside them

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Broken family/lack of father figure throughout most of my childhood

Rejection during job hunting phase

Feelings of loneliness
