Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I have known Jesus my whole life. The first time I remember being comforted by the Gospel is when I was 4. I was sick and thought I was going to die and my sister comforted me telling me Jesus would always be with me.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

CrossWalk Discipleship Pastor

Mountain of the Lord founding Pastor

Northland Lutheran High School religion teacher for the senior class

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Coaching Network – being connected with a group of pastors who care for each other spiritually, physically, emotionally and mentally.

My marriage. My wife has been a great asset to me and influence on me. We have very different personalities but a deep trust in God.

Going through Christian School from 1st grade through the seminary. I have a great foundation and Bible knowledge.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Struggling with anxiety and depression.

Having 5 kids in 7 years. Love our family, but it was a lot of work. Not negative but they are a lot of work.

Struggles with food and weight. Still don’t have it figured out, but continue to push forward.
