I am concern about what appears to be a lack of knowledge of the Scriptures and attitudes of independence of people who look at the christian life as just another segment of life rather than a life that is centered on Christ having no area of life that is not centered on Him.

I grew up is a pastor’s home but did not own my own faith until to moving 2000 miles away and was fortunate to be involved in good churches under good pastoral leadership. Received excellent training and teaching in seminars in addition to the local church. I was fortunate to develop prayer partners and close friendships with committed christians.

Being let go from my first Mechanical Engineering job with Hyster Lift Trucks that resulted in changing my career to teaching math an occupation that I swore I would never go in to.
A daughter coming home from college pregnant and unmarried. An experience that taught me how God works in spite of our failings to bring about his purposes.
