#1 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel I have these gifts because I have been coaching hockey for 13 years. Leading, guiding and teaching a group of high school kids (hardest age group) that have such different levels of talent. Bringing them together and getting them to work as one and doing the way I want them to do it, it’s awesome. When my guys at work are feeling down or sad, I can lift them back up and get them to smile again.

#2 Gift, Giving (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love to put a smile on a persons face that is less fortunate. I love to give if they don’t need anything. Seeing someone smile, laugh or get excited when they receive something they weren’t expecting is more rewarding than anything. Christmas is my favorite time because i love giving

#3 Gift, Administration (71%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Being the President of a hockey league for 10 years, running a business right out of high school with my dad. Where i am at today in the business world helps contribute

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. family

2. hockey

3. work

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love to work with someone who is motivated, someone who will hustle and get after it. If you have these qualities age means nothing to me

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Too many b.s. games, people not on the same page. Someone gets assigned a position but doesn’t know whats going on because they aren’t told or included or find out last minute. When someone is volunteering time to a volunteered position they shouldn’t be dicked around. Show someone half ass and your probably going to get half ass, at least from me.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
