May God Bless You!

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I was raised in a believing family, and I believed in Jesus Christ at a young age. I felt like it become much more personal when I was about 18 years old in college and started to become more aware of how short my flesh fell of God’s standards, and how much I needed Christ’s sacrifice for my salvation.
Loving and supportive parents and extended family members. Parents who stressed the importance of taking responsibility for your actions and making your own decisions based on reason and experience, not because someone else says you should.
Running cross-country in high-school made me a tougher person, and my coach taught me a lot about being a supportive, encouraging person, and about pushing to develop yourself and improve.
A great spiritual mentor who modeled a life of serving God and his people, and who focused on knowing the accurate truth of God’s word through scripture memorization.
Going through a period of unbelief in my early 20’s. It made me realize how much better I am when I am filled with believing, but it has given me compassion and understanding for others are stuck in a period of doubt.
Breaking up with a girlfriend when I was 18. It was very sad for me at first, but caused me to look to God and His Word to be built up in who he says that I am.
Being placed in a job that I didn’t think was right for me at the time. It gave me opportunities to teach and to see parts of the world that I would not have otherwise. It also gave me experiences in a deployed environment where I go to grow in my believing.
