Having a deeper relationship with Jesus has help me. Digging into the bible with 2 classes at TLCC, asking questions with PAstor Ryan & Reggie and now leading a Life group has been tremendous. I aslo teach health and wellness in the public. That has strengthen my skills

Hosting the Life group has added tremendous value for shepherding. Also the other networking, communities I belong too, I often am encouraging and shepherding others.

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Reading the Bible, to have my life as an example. USe biblical principles for my health coaching programs and business. See women get healthier when I have been able to plant a seed of HOPE.

2. Crochet, swim , walking, traveling. Traveling with my best friend- Jeff (hubby) brings joy for us to hang with each other.

3. Praise and worship any where.
