Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was approached by a stranger on an Air Force base where I was stationed awaiting my assignment for active duty. I was outside sweeping the sidewalk when he came up to me, read my name tag, and told me that Jesus loves me. I at first brushed it off because I knew Jesus loves everybody but them he persisted to make sure I knew that Jesus loved me by name. I couldn’t shake the feeling I felt that day and stayed up that night reading the bible for the first time. I soon after became sick, was discharged, and went home to find myself exactly where God needed me to be so that I may find Him and accept Him as my Lord and savior.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Sound Tech for Worldview/River/Journey Church in Olmsted Falls, Fairview Park, and Pepper Pike, OH between 2005 to 2015

ALPHA course director and facilitator for Grace Church in Old Brooklyn, OH in 2015 to 2016

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

A close friend caring enough for me to share who Jesus is and inviting me to attend ALPHA

Having a mentor to show me what it meant to be a man of God

Meeting my wife who has helped sharpen me and challenge me

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

I have struggled with anger and rage dating back from my preteen year to now.

I have witnessed my father deal with alcoholism and become physically abusive to my mother.

I was forced into a mediator role when both my parent were going through their divorce.
