My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised a strict Catholic in a household that rewarded only performace and love was bought through good works or money. The few people we knew growing up who had a personal relationship with Jesus were openly ridiculed. It took me well into my adulthood to understand Christianity and come to a point of brokenness in my life to accept the Lord as my personal savior and ruler of my life in 2001. During a turbulent time in my marriage a postman reached out to me and invited us to a Brethern church where I eventually counseled with the pastor and was water baptized. Always thankful for him having the courage to see my need and connect us to his church.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Vibrant (formerly CACC): wedding coordniator, assisted in children’s ministry, helped start Upward ministry, participated in various women’s minitries, bible studies, small groups and marriage ministry events. about 2005 – 2015
