S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results

Thank you Alex Jose Earnhardt for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. #3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I like to hang out with my friends and have good fellowship

2. finding something new in Gods word that makes our relationship closer

3. This may sound cheesy but knowing the ones i care for are doing all right even the ones i don’t know

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

i like tor work with people around the same age as me (16) but also younger.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

For church issues I’d say a youth group that’s discombobulated. Then the youth (my age 16) people know Jesus and some are just scared to to take it to the next level. I want to help people stop putting God and the holy spirit in a box because once you do that God can move drastically in your life.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I thought i was saved at a young age. Came to a point where i felt God tugging on my heart and i told my self i needed to rededicate my did that for a couple years. Finally realize i never was dedicated and i need to get saved.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Blake Maxwell (Youth pastor) coming into my life he just poured into me so much. I saw the way he lived and cared for his family and kept Christ number one. I realized that’s what a man of God is

Moving to North Hills Christian school. It turned into my refuge where i’m growing closer to God in so many ways

Meeting Abigail Zunk a girl which I’m learning so much of becoming a Man of God. I see God in her so much and I’m glad shes my best friend.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Getting into Drugs (weed) Which caused me to go on a path of just disobedience in so many ways

Having sex and which taught me and is teaching me so much of how much purity plays in our lives not just purity physically but mentally. Which is now just apart of my testimony.

Middle school/ Freshman year i was just worried about fitting. Something I’m still working on
