S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Erin Campbell for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Serving fills me with joy and energizes me. Money management is not one of my strong suits, so I am financially not as generous as I want to be. However, serving the church and those in need is where I am able to bring value to the Kingdom.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Working as parts of the church body requires different roles and functions. My abilities to organize and move ideas into reality are symbiotic with those in the church who have a passionate vision, but lack the gift to put them in motion.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I genuinely identify with God’s promise that each one of us is fearfully and wonderfully made by Him, and it gives me the greatest sense of love & acceptance. We all falter, but being able to lift others in those moments and remind them that they are literally to die for (as Christ did), is a gift everyone needs at some point.
[H]eart
1. Traveling. Visiting new places, taking in beautiful sights, seeing history or architecture blows me away for what we are capable of, eating local cusine. All of these experiences together bring me joy and fulfillment because they get me out of my microcosm. I feel more richly whole as a person when I travel.
2. Genuine quality time with my children doing activities we mutually enjoy. We are always busy, and our interests are often different. When we are doing something we are both interested in, I feel very connected and present.
3. Volunteering. Service takes me out of myself and reminds me how small I am in the grand scheme of God’s design. I love that I am able to stop focusing on my needs (which give me anxiety and is a waste), and redirect to those who need the energy more. By forgetting about myself, it gives my life greater purpose, and lessens the load of those who are carrying too much.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
I was a lifelong, emphatic atheist. Have a degree in religion, but never believed in God. When I gave birth to my son I was overwhelmed with love and purpose. No amount of science could explain the revelation I experienced and the design I could see.
Birth of my children
Amazing high school teachers
Theater
Sexually Assaulted (this is extremely private for me)
Divorce
Long history of depression
