#1 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
God has developed me in the gifts of healing and deliverance and Seer more so, because of my own life experiences. I like the value of declaration over a persons life, and therefore like to exhort others in their own identity also.

#2 Gift, Mercy Showing (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I am naturally a caring person from a caring family, and wanted to be a nurse, counsellor, or paramedic. I care about the persons mind body and soul, and how a person is to be met by the Great physician.

#3 Gift, Evangelism (81%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have kept the great commission at the heart of what I’ve been taught. And my heart has often been to try to see Souls as God does, being aware of the spiritual battle. Am a discerner of spirits, this helps me to help others in the battle’s they’re also facing i order to come closer to God.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Socialising with Other people – Getting to know them for them, ie. pastoring the flock.

2. Nature – Helping others to find God in what He created, and how it links to our identity in Christ.

3. Health – Nurturing my own health, but learning and working in any area of health.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Adults and elderly, rather than children. (because of my own health issues). Those with mental or physical problems. Or those sick or in prison.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Healing and deliverance ministry, as i think it can often be ignored or misunderstood. Developing those in the prophetic also. Prophetic art, dance etc.

*Mark the Top 3 from the list, that Trigger a Passion in You

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Used to read a little Gideon bible they gave me at school, waiting at the bus stop. Helped me through some depression when I was entering severe health. Visitied South africa shanti towns, which helped me to want to be a Christian. God has been close to me, because of lots of times of suffering through my life.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

I don’t always agree that you have to be in a church building to be part of the church or to minister.

Ministering to those with disabilities and illnesses, those housebound or with mental health difficulty, that the church perhaps doesn’t always see.

Fountain of Life, Ashill. 1 year. Wellspring church, dereham, 2 years.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Relationships, ie my closest friends or partners. That its important to be connected to the right people.

Growing up surrounded by a forest, ie learning about creation and outdoor sports etc.

Visiting other countries, cultures, peoples. I love travelling when i can be able.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Being imprisoned and isolated, (through illness), helps me to have more compassion for those in similar circumstances.

Having abuse in different ways, helps me want to help those in similar circumstances.

Not able to use my body as i’d like, means I have had to lean on Gods voice a lot.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Set up a healing centre, or be involved in local outreach projects, etc.

4. Getting a job, as a counsellor perhaps, or helping mentor.

5. Become a better artist for Gods ministry.
