Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was born in a christian family and I have stood through in church to-date

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Youth ministry; I volunteered as an advisor and mentor to youth but on a local arrangements. I have not served in any of elected or appointed position in church

St Thomas Lainguse ACK Church, Uasin Gishu county, Kesses constituency, Kenya

I started coaching and mentoring back in 2007 and am still doing it to date.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Nothing is impossible; pushing hard for the best without giving up leads to success. I have lived to believe that nothing is impossible and this kept me strong in all my endeavors of live

Never look down upon anyone; we need one another in this journey of live. You need me today I need you tomorrow. To where I am is because of people surrounding me. I have learn a lot from them and they have learn from me.

Mistakes are key to success, I have done mistakes and those mistakes have lead to me to think critically and come up with best ways to do things creatively.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Perfectionism; doing things and actually getting actual results for me was the order of the day, nothing less…I have learnt over time to give room for adjustment. This, i have realized is essential for personal growth and development.

Procrastination; Saying/planning things and not actually doing them was part of me. I sat down and realized many opportunities I lost by consistent shifting of the goal posts; and since i changed things are getting better

Doing things solo; I believed in my own world that I will be what i wanted to be by walking alone until I realized that it was not the case. Information is power and one cannot know all by himself. I have learnt my lessons and have changed.
