We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

[H]eart
1. 1. Helping young ladies grow in the Lord.
2. 2. Ministering to children.
3. 3. Volunteering with the Salvation Army
I love working with young ladies ages 20-35 who have a desire to grow in the Lord.
I also enjoy working with children ages 5-10, sharing with them the love of Jesus.
The development of a young boy’s ministry – where they can learn to be warriors for Christ with age appropriate activities and skill development. This ministry would be for boys ages 6-20. The girl’s ministry needs to teach our girls how to be ladies. Developing in them the quality of a gentle and quiet spirit. The goal would be to help them to see the value of becoming God’s princess. This ministry is for girls ages 6-20.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
[E]xperience
I became a believer at the age of 19. I accepted the Lord as a result of hearing the Gospel message one evening, while I was resting in my dorm room. Two Navigators share the message with me. And that night I accepted the Lord as my personal Lord and savior.
I have served with the Navigators (Bible Study Leader, Team Leader, Training Program leader) – Atlanta, Ga, University of Maryland, Howard University; Washington Christian Center (youth leader, women’s leader) – Hillcrest Heights, Md; Woodstream Church (Sunday School teacher, women’s ministry Den Mother for Tiger Cubs) – Largo
The support of my parents taking me to my first christian conference in Va.
Growing up spiritually with the Navigators.
Watching the Lord use me in the lives of other, who came to know Him and are still walking with Him today
Being teased and told I would not make it pass the 5th grade by others because I am handicapped. I now hold a Masters in Library Science
Being told I would not be able to drive a car I now drive myself wherever I want to go.
Getting the highest score on the Safety Patrol test, but being denied the Captain’s position because I was a girl.
Wrapping It Up
The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?
1. My Relationship with GOD
2. My Relationship with Others
- Putting Your Spouse First
- Your Kids Second
- Everyone Else After those
3. To develop a plan to share the Gospel with others
4. To develop a school where children of all races could learn in a warm loving Christ centered environment Where the classes would be taught differently for boys and girls. Where the students would go on mission trips yearly to serve others.
5. To develop a program that would help and teach out of work people , how to interview, dress or success and develop a resume that works for them. While helping them achieve their educational goals.
