#1 Gift, Prophecy (75%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I believe I hear from God and can deliver messages from god in an encouraging uplifting and loving manner. I believe God has things to say about people and situations and have seen God show up in the Prophetic to deliver heal and love on people who need a touch from God. I think God showed me that he speaks to me through pictures for other people and he has a desire to see me reveal Jesus and his love through this gift!

#2 Gift, Teaching (75%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy teaching people weather it is scripture, work or showing people how to do things. I have a heart to teach people the concepts of the kingdom and what God has done for them. I have myself teaching a task or leading through teaching in many of my jobs and past leadership roles. I also feel like my encounter with God in college gave me revelation that the Lord has desired me to teach or share in a way that would change the lives of people!

#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (71%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have always been a person of positivity and encouragement. i think my family has shown me this all through my life. I learned from a young age that encouraging people brings out the gold in them and calls them up to a higher place. I believe there is way to much discouragement and not building people up in the world. i want to be a person that searches for the gold in people and encourages people the way God would. it is easy to find dirt but it is hard to dig for the Gold in people.
I have always had a heart to ask god how he sees people and encourage them with his words!

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I found Jesus and was baptized when I was in first grade but did not really begin walking with Jesus until halfway through college. I always knew about Jesus but never really let him in my life during that time. I had a radical encounter with God that sent me into a full blown relationship with him and his grace. His love for me and what he did for me will always be better than any drug, high, drunk that i have ever experienced!

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Church Of the Highlands, Highlands College, Birmingham, Al, 2 years involved in serving and being a part of the college

JH Ranch, Etna, California, leader, Head River Guide for 4 Years, lead small groups and ministered to kids and college students.

Oak City, Birmingham, AL, 5+ years, Leadership team, Church Plant team.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Being a Head River Guide at the JH Ranch

Helping Plant a Church and lead small groups in Birmingham.

Learning how to be a buyer with Alabama Outdoors and growing a t-shirt business more that 100% over 2 years!

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Getting fired from the JH Ranch and having a ton of blame put on me as the scapegoat. It really allowed me to truly be open to what god was saying and doing because this was a dream job of mine!

Being shamed by friends fro what i believed and told that i am crazy becasue of what i believed after my radical encounter with God

Having an angry boss who constantly teared you down and never encouraged me. It really helped me learn what i want to be like as a leader in an organization!
