This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
My occupations have mostly been service oriented: administrative assistant/office manager at a church; school secretary; fire/rescue/ems/security; (and a mom). It seems I am best at seeing what needs to be done and doing it, whether it is in an office, professional setting, a kitchen, or in a field. I am not afraid to “get my hands dirty” and jump in to lend that hand.

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Since I was young, I have always had a heart for the underdog, and those hurting. I am good at listening to others when they have heavy hearts and ‘situations’ and try to help them find solutions without “fixing” the situation for them. It warms my heart to nurture those who are hurting.

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
In the past I have led small groups and Beth Moore Bible studies. I enjoy in depth study of the Bible and like to share that with others.

[H]eart

1. Spending time with family and friends.
( Especially my daughter and granddaughter)

2. Out- of -doors ~ whether it is in my yard, gardening, hiking, other activities or reading….. being outside and also with animals.

3. Fiber ~ I am a fiber artist ….spinner, weaver, dyer, knitter, felter. Anything that had to do with fiber, including the animals that produce it. I’m in the process of preparing my newplace so I can bring my small flock of sheep home.

While at the church I worked with the elderly quite a bit and enjoyed their knowledge and wisdom. While a school secretary I thoroughly enjoyed the little ones 3-10 year olds. But I like working with every age.

3. It is a long story, but basically I would like to transform the unfortunate home and small acerage that I purchased last summer into a place of refuge.
