Active Duty Soldier in the U.S. Army. I am an All Source Intelligence Analyst with 18 years of service. I currently serve as a First Sergeant of a company for 168 Soldiers.

I have worked in many professions which include: mechanical repair technician, Food industry, Lab Technician, Special Response Team in the DoE, and Retail.

I have a AAS in Intelligence Operation Studies and a BS in Psychology for Organizational Behavior.

The last class I taught was on Emotional Intelligence, but I have taught several classes on military tactics, techniques, and procedures. Nothing that would likely be taught in church.

I am very passionate about the things I do and want to do the very best. I take a lot of pride in what I do.

I grew up living in a small community apartment complex for low income families. A church, about a mile from our apartment, came through one day announcing a puppet show that would be happening that week. They were looking for kids to come and so I asked my mom if I could go. At the time I was pretty young, probably no more that eight. She agreed, and the bus picked me and my sister up for the service. I learned about Jesus more each night. I found the church was a refuge for me and continued going throughout my childhood.

When I was a senior in high school I had a family take me in because I did not have a place to live. Their love and welcome arms showed me what a normal family should be.

My wife has been a huge impact on who I am today. She has always supported me and motivated me to go after all my goals no matter how crazy they were.

Joining the military has had an incredible positive impact on who I am today.

We were very poor growing up and that has been something that makes me compassionate to others in need.

I lived in a very abusive home and that has made me very compassionate toward youth who need an opportunity to experience something different.

I have served six combat tours and seen torn counties and the effects of war. I have seen people who lost everything. This has taught me to appreciate what I have and seek ways to give to those who need.
