Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I have been a life long Christian but never put a lot into outward practice. I felt pushed away in a previous church and stopped going to church for some time but my underlying belief was always there. My wife had some serious problems in her third pregnancy and we went through the fear of losing the child or at least having the child really early. I spent a lot of time praying through that situation and God brought us through it and allowed Sydni to be born nearly full term and healthy. Soon after that we searched out churches and found 1st UB in Blissfield that would eventually become Elem3nt and started our journey.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Tech team for 1st UB, Blissfield for 2 or 3 years, came up with the technology proposal for both campuses of elem3nt when they went to a 2 campus setup (researched the components and presented what and why we should upgrade) . On worship team at 1st UB/elem3nt and now 1mosaic for past 12 years. Member of Released, a worship band that traveled to prison to minister for 2 years. Lead a small group of couples. Member of Tandem Hope, a worship collaboration.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

The birth of my 4 children, especially to challenges with Dane and Sydni during the pregnancies

The time I spent with Released worshiping and ministering in prisons

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Wrapping It Up

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those
