Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
[E]xperience
God called me as a child even though I was not raised in a Christian home. I didn’t actually start serving God until I was about 21 when I accepted Christ during a Billy Graham crusade.
I served as a Junior High S. S. teacher at a Free Methodist church about 40 years ago.
I was in charge of funeral dinners at the R.I.Nazarene church for several years.
We went through a six month strike when my husband worked for John Deere and I saw first hand how God takes care of his own.
Raising our three daughters and now one of our grandsons has been a real teaching/learning experience and helped make me the person I am today.
Seeing family members involved in all kinds of sin has caused me to look differently at others who sin. Sin doesn’t mean people are bad and worthless, but need to be loved and helped just like our own family members do.
As said above, seeing my family members go through various sinful struggles has changed my opinion of others who get involved in sinful things. I realize we all sin and fall short of the glory of God, and need to be loved and forgiven and helped.
