This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy organizing people to accomplish goals and planning. Getting things in order so things can go smoothly and run properly. Many small churches are not growing because they are not keeping up with the times. Simple things like creating a website and social media. Pastors don’t do anything for their own growth and development. I would like to help them come out of the rut they are in.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Pentecostal Revival Prayer Group: Tenure: 3 years. Location: North Carolina
The Lord called me away from my family and friends to a place and people I did not know. I learned to become more dependent on God during this time. I learned that no matter what I’m going through or where I am in this world the Lord is always with me. The Lord called me into intercessory prayer. I became totally committed to God, to studying his word, and to prayer 3 times a day. The prayer group provided home church ministry throughout the area. I was also involved in various forms of community outreach.
Faith in Action: Evang. Violene Gregory (deceased) Tenure: 20 years. Location: NC
Evangelist Gregory was my mentor and confidant and vice versa. She shared with me her struggles as a female pastor. I provided personal support by sponsoring retreats and supported her with personal assistance in providing research for sermon preparations.
Bethel World Out Reach Church: Bishop Darlingston Johnson. Tenure: 11 years, 5 years as an unregistered member. Location: Olney, MD.
This is a predominately African church. God sent me to this church to prepare me for my first international missionary work in Ghana, West Africa in 2006. Faithfully served in the children’s nursery, and the first-time visitor’s ministry. I was mentored by Elder Charlotte Mbouma in the women’s ministry.
In response to a need for the homebound senior population to be actively involved in church ministry and fellowship, I created the homebound ministry for seniors. This was created to reach out to those who were homebound themselves or someone family member that was incapacitated.
.

Assisted the president in revising the bylaws, designed the logo, designed and developed standard business forms, created position descriptions for all officers and other workers. Designed and created a quarterly newsletter, established and sponsored an annual Christmas fellowship. Wrote certificates of recognition, planned and organized a recognition ceremony for pastors.

However, because of the distance and traffic I was not able to attend mid-week service and other meetings held during the week.
Moving from DC to North Carolina helped me to become more dependant on God.
The Lord moved me to an African church that was a different culture from my own. This prepared me for my first missionary journey to Africa.
Discovering my spiritual gifts enabled me to become purpose-driven and focused on where I fit in the body of Christ, and what God wants me to do with my gifts.
Overcoming negative words spoken over my life by coming closer to God and knowing what his word says who I am .
Overcoming fears by trusting God when I am faced with the unknown.
Learning to wait on God when things are not happening when I want them to and how I want them to, that frustrated me now I trusting that His timing is perfect.
