Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
[E]xperience
I was not raised in church, we only went to church on Easter, but I had a praying grandmother who raised me. I accepted the Lord into my life really after having my son 33 years ago while I was a single mother, living in Newark trying to raise my son. single still out there partying but working and proving for him but I was one foot in the church and the other foot in the world. I had a lot of hard times and struggles did a lot of things in this world that I am not proud of and thank God that HE allowed me to live to tell it! I am still here! through hard aches pain drugs, and alcohol. But I always knew that the Lord was and is with me all the time because he told me so when I was 9 years old in a dream that I will never for get. HE reveled himself to me when I was a child because I prayed one night for something I wanted to happen in my life and my family lif. My grandfather told me about prayer and about God. I asked my grandfather if I wrote God a letter would HE answer me? My grandfather said yes and so I did. And the LORD answered this 9 year old little girl who really knew nothing about HIM. and that’s how I knew there is a GOD somewhere. but even the whole while I was out there in the world doing my own thing I never forgot what God had told me! and HE said “I will never leave you! I will always be with you” The Devil cannot harm you! Then I saw a pretty white wall that surrounded me then HE told me that evil cannot harm me!!!
