Age doesnt matter as long as the people whom I work with have common sense, good morals and ethics. …with very good upbringing. ..who is very good with strangers and people who are lower levels or people who are less fortunate than us at the same time who is independent and got vision of their own and who is constantly thriving to achieve their goals especially through the right and genuine path and thereby act as an inspiration for others .

When a church is not growing in terms of facility and infrastructure even with a larger crowd concern me . When we don’t spend enough time for prayer especially events like yearly midnight prayer with a huge gathering.
Excites when am able to introduce new people in church. Am able to interactivity church members and be a part of small groups like prayer fellowship etc
