S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Keziah Grigson for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I like to be helpful within the church, but more as a supporting role. I don’t think I’m strong enough in my faith (or more like strong enough in the text) to lead.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Based on person experience, and my personality, I think I am generally pretty good about witnessing and spreading the gospel on a personal level. Not so much of the theology behind it. If that makes sense.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I know I’m not super knowledgeable to the word, so it makes it hard to make connections with some of the things we learn I feel behind sometimes. However, with giving, I think with anything I am passionate about, I want to give my all. 110% at all times, while still learning and growing.
[H]eart
1. Spending time with people. (Family, friends, etc)
2. Building a sense of community, fellowship, closeness.
3. Helping people. If that means making a seemingly small sacrifice so that someone else benefits, it makes me feel good. Like it was worth it 🙂
Kids! I think I would have a fun time helping out with any age really. I nannied all through college, so I adapted to a lot of different age groups!
Excite: eventually wanting to get involved in being a counselor for lack of a better word for like church camps weeks or whatnot. It’s really exciting to see younger children learn to really know God personally from a more abstract idea.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
[E]xperience
I grew up in church. I was saved at a “Team IMPACT” event in Fayetteville, AR. After a while, we ended up attending less and less as a family. I got more involved in it during high school at a local church on Wednesday nights, but it was more of a hangout, but I did learn during the services. Then in college, I met a family who employed me as a Nanny. They became like a second family to me. They invited me to their church and I found the love again. I feel like I am very behind on the things I should know in scripture. A lot of references I feel are over my head when it relates to another story in the text. I get very discouraged easily and get overwhelmed and embarrassed that I don’t know a lot. In a way, I am trying to still figure out what my role in life is.
Just served at PV in the orchestra.
Being invited to the church in college.
Getting involved in community group
(Still in the process of currently but…) finding my identity. I feel like I’ve been dormant in a way in the past. Over the last few years, I’ve been trying to take less of other’s opinions, and soul search. (It’s kind of hard to explain).
Feeling lost, identity crisis (although not super deep, more superficial.)
Not having parents Who kept us in church when times were hard
Self doubt
Wrapping It Up
The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?
1. My Relationship with GOD
2. My Relationship with Others
- Putting Your Spouse First
- Your Kids Second
- Everyone Else After those
3. Learning the scripture, really studying it.
4. Once feeling more secure in the word, assist with mentoring/leading.
5. Get baptized. —make this goal 3
