Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love to work hard, get my hands dirty and complete a project

2. I love to change someones day. Times i have a bad day and am in a bad mood. Someone always lifts my spirits. I love to do that to others.

3. I love helping people. using my god given talents and being able to do something for someone that they either couldn’t do or thought was going to be very difficult.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Strangely i find that most of my friends are roughly the age of 50 years old. I have many people i could call on and know they would be there for me. I love getting advice from the old and the wise.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I love that RIBC is focusing on the bible. I love that we will work extremely hard to go after the youth.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up in the church. I grew up with a christian based family. For me i think it was when i saw what christ had done in my dads life. How god used my father as a disciple. He blessed him, He used him to change many many peoples lives. I have an unexplainable feeling and love for wanting to become a disciple and changing peoples lives. giving them that unexplainable feeling of relief.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

From the beginning i would say the way my parents raised me was a very big impact on who i am today, very grateful for who they are and how the raised me.

The next biggest impact and dearest to my heart is my wife. She made a heart wrenching impact on me. We have been through a lot together. She lifts my spirits on the daily. She is my rock. without a doubt can say i married my best friend.

A recent impact on my life would be meeting a man by the name of Doug. From marrying my wife and i to bettering my understanding of jesus christ

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

When my fathers company went bankrupt i would say was the hardest thing for me. something i loved so much and thought i would do for the rest of my life. went away like a snap of a finger.

few years ago we lost my uncle garry. I had a strange but close relationship with him. and made some unforgettable memories with him very soon before he passed. I took it extremely hard. Still emotional of it today, I feel i have gotten stronger and have a little more of an understanding of those types of things.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Help children realize/understand life for the better

4. Build a large empire of a company, where i could change many peoples lives. Everyone would strive and be blessed with christ at the center

5. Set up a trade school that is virtually free to the youth. where they can learn all differents trades of work. Giving them a desire and passion in life
