Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. meeting with girls/women for coffee and just hanging out and sharing life! quality time with people who want to grow!

2. seeing things change and improve and fall into place and cease being problematic; and continuing to make tweaks and improvements for maximum effectiveness

3. getting to go on coaching-style mission trips to come alongside and encourage and spur on in any way.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

ladies, especially college-age; people who truly have a heart and desire to grow in the Lord, regardless of their maturity level

missions, HR, college – anything where growth is happening and team is high!

fixing broken systems; seeing how policy and people are inter-connected and support one another; seeing multiple sides of a problem and finding best steps forward in the long run; patience and perseverance in striving for health in the long-term, even if the short-term isn’t ideal – if the long-term will be a place of much greater health

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them.
