S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Hannah Barros for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

1. Teach children revelation. Empowering youth is a core passion for me. Helping them to KNOW God before the world steals their minds is a passion I have.
2. Follow the leading of the Holy Spirit in small groups and see His power. It is so exciting when I obey the Spirit and it creates a path to victory for someone.
3. Cry out to God and receive answers from Him. When he brings me the answers, I know His love and it encourages me.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
I was born again and spirit filled with the evidence of talking in tongues at Baptist Bible camp when I was 16. I did not know that I had been filled with the Holy Spirit until 10 years later when I first attending the Pentecostal church I now attend. I had always wondered what had happened and I described it as “the hand of God reached down and touched me.” It was supernatural, the whole room filled with light and I could not even see the people standing next to me. I was a completely different person instantly and the Scripture came alive. I began to understand the Word when I read it, It began to “speak” to me after that experience.
