We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
[E]xperience
I’ve spent my life believing in God but living as though His promises weren’t true for me. I saw myself as many things
I.e. broken, sick, stupid, a mistake, impure, unworthy, depressed, a cutter, harmful, etc.
through His never ending, inexhaustuable love, I am learning I am who He says I am. Priceless, Called, a Masterpiece, made Pure, Washed Clean, and most importantly, His.
I won’t bother you with it, but at 18 I’ve done a lot of work with children and children’s ministry.
I met my “God Parents” when I was 14/15. They’ve changed my life. Taught me to look to God, and I actually don’t feel like I’m alone in my fight anymore
Through the generosity of the Godly people in my life, God called me out of my darkness, out of my self pity, and out of the lies I had been believing, and is teaching me to believe I’m made wonderfully and am a workmanship of Christ.
I have worked at a summer camp for inner-city, at risk, impoverished kids. The mission of the camp is to share with these kids the Love of Christ. They have taught me so much about not only myself, but God, who’s He is and how greatly He loves each and every one of His children.
I grew up in a very broken, angry, and fearful home.
I’ve had a unhealthy relationship with my sister that made me accept that I’m not enough to fix somebody and I can only rest in the peace that God is.
I’ve struggled with self worth, self harm, annorexia, and a few other not so great things.
Wrapping It Up
The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?
1. My Relationship with GOD
2. My Relationship with Others
- Putting Your Spouse First
- Your Kids Second
- Everyone Else After those
3. To spend daily time with God. Go deeper in my relationship with Him. Study His word.
4. Minister to those around me. Love them well, even when I’m rejected. Love people in His name. Be unafraid of rejection. Love where God has placed me.
5. See myself as God sees me so that I may love others the Wayne He doesn’t.
