Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised in a Christian home. After learning how to accept Christ at a Junior Church program at age 7 I prayed alone at bedtime using the ABC method backwards – C – confess sin; B – believe Jesus died for my sin; A – accept Jesus as my Savior. Shortly after responding to an altar call at a Barry Moore Crusade to re-dedicate my life to Christ, I was baptized at age 13.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

As a teenager/young adult I was an assistant Sunday School teacher, sang in the church choir and played my violin often.

Wen married with young children I was an AWANA leader, taught Sunday School
When middle-aged I led Bible studies, was the leader of the church ladies’ group; leader of a ladies’ prayer group; continued to play my violin when requested

After moving to a different city in my 60’s where my previous experiences were unknown I ended up serving in hospitality and visitation ministry while also continuing to play my violin.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Marrying a committed Christian man

Becoming friends with a pastor’s wife in a small town and continuing that friendship over 30+ years even though we now live in different provinces.

Attending Bird River Bible Camp in Manitoba at ages 7, 13, 14 and 16.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Our youngest daughter turning her back on her Christian faith and leading a worldly lifestyle.

Working for a year in an unfriendly environment that was stressful
