[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Spend time with my Family

2. Doing menial things for someone who is in need or hurting

3.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Youth, Older(more mature) and Children ( Preschool Age)

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Big thing that concerns me right now is how to get the basics back into our children. Also engaging our youth into a more relationship focus mentality with GOd and not a big head in the sky that will punish you, also not just entertain them. And I think we need to engage our elderly more.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was seven years old and knew that God was talking to me. I knew that i was a sinner and needed forgiveness. It was really a big point to me that I was adopted by God. This verse was easy for me to understand being adopted and it was something I relied on. That even when I messed up my parents, even though disappointed still loved me, just like my heavenly father.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

I helped out in Three year old choir and mission friends from 8th grade on up, VBS, Children’s camp counselor

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Mission trips that I went on as a youth made the most impact on who I am today.

Working in the church doing various things ie childrens choir, vbs every chance I got.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Working with youth and dealing with their family issues, having false accusations made on me and my family from other church members.

My own divorce
