Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
[E]xperience
I took my first mission trip to Houston, Texas when I first joined youth group. During this week, we did lots of service projects to serve others. During that week, God definitely worked through me, and He had changed my life. Towards the end of the week, I just knew deep in my heart I wanted to give my life to Christ. As soon as we got back home that Sunday, I got baptized.

The first positive experience for me was my first mission trip to Houston, TX. This was my first year being in youth group. Plus, this trip was me just getting “my feet wet” to see what it felt like to serve others in the inner city. My life was changed during this trip drastically. Jesus Christ opened my eyes to something that changed my life. I can know share this experience and the good about Jesus Christ, and what He is capable of doing.
The second positive experience for me was when I graduated high school. It has definitely helped me down the road with my education.
The third positive experience for me was
During my Sophomore year of college, three of my really great friends told me that I was not a genuine person to them. This has helped realize that I need to help others around me realize that they are worth it and that they are genuine people.
When I was playing basketball, 7th-8th grade, I was picked on a lot by some of my teammates. After this happened, I can reach out to those kids who are being picked on, and I tell them my experiences.
The last experience was when
