#1 Gift, Teaching (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I like to know my material and the best way to know you understand something is if you can teach it to others. I like teaching, but my one with worry is that sometimes i get frustrated of one of the people I’m trying to teach isn’t keeping pace and I have to keep rexplaining. Other than that it’s ok. I prefer smaller settings for teaching as well. Not large groups.

#2 Gift, Administration (84%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel that I can delegate well and can see the big picture plan that needs completed.

#3 Gift, Prophecy (59%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Most of the time I feel that I can see how things are going to turn out from looking at peoples experiences and God’s word. Usually trust my gut feeling so to speak.

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

3. I enjoy solving difficult problems.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Any age as long as they can have a logical conversion and are not irrational. I also find entitled or prideful people abrasive, so not them.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was 4 at home with my mom. Read a Bible story as we did every night. Told them I was finally ready to become a Christian. Not a big bold story but it’s mine. The testimony I guess we be my life after that.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Bible Center Church:
Used to always help out with activities in youth group. Helped in nursery and now base camp.

Liberty University.
Led small group of guys in dorm for 2 years

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

As a whole all of my Bible Readings and Books ive read by good Christian authors.

My time at Liberty University.

My wife.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Watching close friends and their families lives fall apart when things got hard for them, turning their backs on God.

When I’ve tried my absute best to be the best I can be and still fail, It’s helped me remember that no matter how good i think i can be, I still need Good.

Death of family members and friends.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Show the world that Christianity makes more sense than anything else

4. Become the most knowledgeable person on anything about the Bible and Christianity.

5. For my focus to never shift from Good.
