S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Hattie Wilson for taking the SHAPE Assessment. [H]eart
1. serving at my church and being apart camps and apart of kids’ lives and helping with things so they can have as good of time as i did as a child.
2. being with people. anything social: being apart of a life group and having fellowship with my group and friends, hanging out with friends and others, my family.
3. traveling especially for missions. seeing new places and experiencing different cultures and people. building relationships with those people and serving them.
i love working with people my age. so i can possibly help or relate with them.
and working with younger kids (12+) when they are impressionable and still growing and learning. and i can be an example to them.
things that excite me about the church is how much care and dedication we put into youth ministries to grow young people as christ followers and will grow a passion for the church as well. my concern for some churches (not mine) is that they are no longer speaking the truth about the bible. they change it or sugar coat things or just all around skip passages. the whole bible was meant to be preached about in its entirety, it wasn’t meant to be altered by man.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
