S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Jaclynn Hamilton for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I want to help others, and want them to have their second chance. I am always seeing both sides of every story. Looking past addiction and seeing the true person. Or someone who has committed the crime I feel as though they can be redeemed.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love to encourage others, show them that they matter. I encourage positivity, and love to help people reach their goals.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
May not always be financial (even though I always find a way), but I enjoy giving my time to serve others, and I take people in who need things.

1. Caring for my clients with Intellectual disabilities. My heart LITERALLY beats for them. They bring more joy than I ever imagined.
2. I love to advocate for people. No matter the situation. But especially for kids who do not have a voice, due to certain circumstances.
3. Volunteering for different organizations. I love to help Kids, Elderly, people in general, and caring for animals.
I love to work with all ages. I get joy out of everyone. I love the ones who may need the most love, or help.
Fostering Hope is amazing because they are stepping up for all the foster children and I am passionate about that. I feel we need to get more involved with issues as in addiction, prison, and working more with people intectually disabled (Having an organization that serves this population, activities, mixers, small groups etc.)

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
I became a Christian when I was 13 but lost my way. I had grown up in alcoholic home, and finally found God. When I was 19 I was raped for the second time and that is when I was just done. 11 years later I decided I can’t go at this life alone. I was still doing all the good things, but for the wrong reasons. I was angry… So this year I rededicated my life to Christ
Preschool Ministry- Maryland COmmunity Church -this year.
Children’s ministry 2001-2007 First Assembly of God Alexandria, KY
Growing up in an abused and alcoholic home. I made a promise to never go down that road and I never have. I saw what addiction does to people first hand, so I get what people go through in a way. This may not be a positive to others, but I have no regrets on my childhood if anything I learned from it.
When I was about 8years old I met a young girl who was not only physically disabled, but also had an intellectual disability. She was unable to communicate except with a computer board to let us know what she wanted. It was in that moment that I knew I wanted to be around that population, and just love people no matter what. Although she had disabilities I could’t See it… all I could see was her beauty… I still have that mindset.
Becoming a mom. They gave me only a few days to live a few weeks after my son was born. I had to say goodbye to my son, my family, everyone. I never appreciated my life more than I did when God Saved me !
I was raped when i was 5 by an alcoholic. He abused my mom, raped her in front of me. It was then that alcohol started running through our home on the regular… that is when i lost my childhood, because I was taking care of my mom. I can relate to kids in broken homes, dangerous homes, and I can relate to addicts and abusers I saw all sides. I am not angry. I still had so much love to give. I took a few wrong roads, but that was my choice it had no bearing on my past. My past shaped me to be a loving, compassionate, forgiving person.
My “Christian” Dad didn’t want me when I hit 15. I learned a lot of things being on my own. Learned my way around, still graduating Highschool with straight A’s. I learned that it was okay to be on my own. I could do it. But looking back I should have relied on Christ not myself …. I relied on myself too much and lost my way completely because I was taught something different in Christianity
