S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Jackie Feagles for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy working behind the scenes on things or helping in areas needed. I like doing whatever I can to help others get projects done or just lend a hand when needed. Taking a meal to someone in need. I enjoy giving of my time that way.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
My husband and I give generously. Our money is God’s money and we want to further his Kingdom however we can. Especially when we are in a place to do it, we give to those less fortunate. Friends that our missionaries hold a special place in our hearts as they are gaining more souls for Christ…if we can be a part of reaching those people by supporting missionaries, we are all for it and want to help however we can.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I used to rock babies in the NICU and miss serving in that way terribly. Once my kids are older, I would love to go back to volunteering on a regular basis. I also have a heart to help those in need. My vocation as a nurse was another way I wanted to help people.
[H]eart
1. Spending time with my husband and five children! Currently, I stay home with my kids and trying to balance everything! I do also really enjoy spending time with my extended family and just being around others.
2. I love working as a nurse and making connections with families. To be a listening ear or trying to give advice/help to someone asking for it and having them feel validated or that they are not alone in that particular situation.
3. I love/loved serving at church in different ministries. I hope to get back to that one day soon when my kids are a bit older. Those relationships are priceless and i think its important for families to feel that they have a “village” or support system
to help raise their kids and instilling or reinforcing those initial values and beliefs taught by the parents. I never want anyone feeling alone in their walk whatever it may look like.
I love working with children, always have! I also would love to serve people in need of help albeit as a support person, listening ear, help providing care for them or their children.
Children’s Ministry and community service projects!

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I accepted Christ at the age of 5 with my aunt who led me in a prayer of salvation. I grew up attending a non-denominational church and attended an AWANA program and youth group.
I have served in the children’s ministry in each church I have attended. From helping Sunday mornings to serving weekly in the AWANA program for 9 years(Faith Bible Church, Greenfield WI)
I have also helped coordinate special events such as community outreaches (at the church I was attending at the time).
Growing up in a Christian home and developing relationships with not only peers, but mentors that would walk with me through different stages of life.
Meeting my husband in high school and witnessing/helping lead him to Christ while we were both in college.
Close friendships and relationships, witnessing strong marriages and wanting that for myself and my husband and a strong family structure.
My relationship with some family members who were very critical of choices made or how I acted long ago.
Not putting my relationship with Christ at the forefront but getting distracted and letting things slip…normal daily things that get in the way of that.
