[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Doing for others

2. Being in nature – running , being on a trail

3. Learning more of God’s love, singing , fellowship

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I do not have a preference . However recently I have been wanting to work with children in a orphanage ( kids/teenagers) and just be that light to them.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I am still too new in the church to have concerns. I do have an excitement for opportunities with missionary work down the road.
I do believe being that encourgment for teenagers/ young adults struggling with worldly issues would be an interest. That was my rough time that I walked away from my relationship with God and got wrapped up in the world.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was totally of the world- I had veered far away from God for many years. I started realizing how “unhappy” I was and I wanted inner peace and to obtain that with my husband. A mentor of mine strongly suggested a book to us and told us that God is the only way. We dove into that process not sure of what was to come but we did end up finding God and that a relationship with him is that inner peace.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

A lady that I used to work with- she was such a strong , graceful , Christian. Watching her made an impact on me today.

My mentor leading my husband and I too the study that we are doing and all the years he had put into me up until that day.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

I was into drugs and alcohol for many years but I have overcome all of those things.

I was in so many abusive situations and relationship – physically, sexually and mentally.

I had a bad to no relationship with my father. There was a lot of things he did to our family that broke trust and hurt us all deeply.
