#1 Gift, Serving (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Because I have many physical and mental capabilities that are very useful in helping others like manual labor. And Because I am always willing to do whatever I can, as long as I am able to work for God and to improve the well-being of others. I am ready to be used for any job at all times…and I am always willing to sacrifice my own time for them.

#2 Gift, Administration (75%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I am constantly being put into roles of leadership, even though I may not desire them…like leading camp programs, leading in servicing, and being the main character in several skits in bible ministry. I have accepted and believe that God has placed me in these situations for showing me that I am supposed to be a leader. And I can see that I have many qualities that make me suitable for this kind of job.

#3 Gift, Giving (65%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Honestly, because I really like giving. People don’t know it, but I am very blessed in my resources…so I feel it is my duty to be generous and forget about only thinking of myself.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I truly enjoy talking to people. Nothing is better than having a good conversation with someone that improves our relationship.

2. Filling other people’s buckets. Essentially, just doing things for people that are a blessing to them. And these things I do can be small or big, but the catch is I don’t expect anything back because I am satisfied by doing it for them.

3. I can’t think a true third thing, but physical action really makes me feel good, especially basketball, I enjoy that with a passion.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I like to work with younger people…probably no older than 20. I like working with anyone that is here to grow a connection with me, so it doesn’t matter that much.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Youth Ministry and Worship(A little).

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Well, I was born into a Christian family, but I was just a kid trying to have fun. The source of my Christian really just stemmed from my grandparents back then; they knew what was good. I then had moved over to South Korea with my father after my parents had a divorce; which resulted in a change in my Christian life altogether. We had kept going to church for maybe about one year, but then it slowly died off into only Easter, ending with never going. I ended up choosing the Christian school, just because it was more convenient for me. After a while, God came back into my life and became a factor in my life, primarily after I had gone on my first missions trip to the Philippines in 2016. That trip really gave me a wake-up call on how I should take things a little more serious about my life because God really does matter. However, I wasn’t ready yet and I had been pondering for a long time until I had made my decision.
I made my decision about a year after I had gone on that missions trip. It happened during my high school’s annual spiritual emphasis week, my pastor had been speaking on how this is the time where we need to really have God in our hearts and bring faith in Him. He had asked us all who were willing to close our eyes and raise your hand to promise our lives to Him and leave it all for Him. I had thought of it, and I made my mind up after asking myself “why haven’t I done this? I know it is the right thing to do.” So I happened to raise up my hand and give it all up. Then I felt a crazy amount of relief, and a somewhat, new life come into me.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Philippines (Children Ministry), Child Supporter…1 Month.

WOLBI Youth Ministry…1 Year.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Being able to be the MC for the program at WOLBI. It has given me the confidence in showing my voice and giving people a chance to see the love God has given me.

Going to visit my old church in the U.S. I was blessed to know that I am still a bright light in their eyes and lucky to know people that believe in Christ.

Sharing my testimony with my roommates…even though I didn’t enjoy it then, I realized it made me more confident in my faith.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Being requested to teach in the Philippines…I completely failed. However, it showed me that I really have to prepare for any situation and be able to work under any circumstance. Also, not to just play around with the opportunities God has given me to share His word.

Being a benchwarmer for my basketball team. I was told I earned my spot on the team…however, I wasn’t treated in the same way the words came to me. I had trouble being around my coach, but I have reconciled with myself and have forgiven him for anything he did wrong, intentional or not.

Failing in my relationship with my brother. His life hasn’t necessarily been good and he had fallen into many different things, and I abandoned him. It really made me realize I have to grow in my ability to love someone even if they are away from God and are falling into the worst of things.
