Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Grew up catholic, attempted to please God in many ways, actually rejected God around age 20 before he could reject me. Life fell apart, Told God I’d ” do it his way”.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Felt the call early on, checked out a bible school. Iasked God when, He told me”I might as well plan on being in my home church for a long time as I had so much learning to do. Shell Lake Full Gospel -on board of deacons, some preaching/teaching; up for Elder Board but that fell through, helped a church south of Eau Claire-Reaching Out Mininstries for about a year. Food ministry TV ministry, Had an open vision at prayer Bkft, moved to Ashland. Started Commuity Prayer and Food ministry, Moved back to shell Lake about 12 years ago and Jesus woke me up one morning and told me I was called as an apostle. This was verified prophetically. Currently working with Crossroads Outreach Center doing sexual purity ministry and on their board. I have carried Ministry license from International Ministerial Association for several years but most of my ministry has been in the background-prayer, helps, some preaching/teaching, on boards; did do a stint of TV ministry (on camera). I have spent a large focus over the years on this northern section of WI.

At Shell lake, I did a couple of Prayer concerts (24 hrs of prayer with worship) with a group of friends. Also for severalyears I would go to the sanctuary on Sat night to pray for an hour for the next days services.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

A prayer group covering northern WI doing prayer marches, symbolic prophetic acts etc.

Marrying my wife who is an administrator and has a degree in Bible Ed-an ” as iron sharpens iron” experience.

I eventually took a course on the prophetic from an elder who was the least prophetic elder in our church because the Lord told me to and it was during that course and an established prophet (who did no know of the call) validated my call as an apostle.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Lack of validation over the years that has made me very insecure of myself(overcome to a certain extent over the years).

Denied Eldership at SLFG several years ago.

Grades at Univ of Mn were no good enough for Med school (ADD?) 10 credits short of a BA in English Lit. 2 yr degree in Nursing. (as opposed to BSN)
