Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I knew God early in life and was hurt by a difficult situation with church and allowed that to separate me from God. I ran as far away from Him as I could go and He still found me there. After running for 15 years I was radically saved and delivered immediately from alcoholism and today I’m on fire for Jesus.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Youth Leader Webster Groves COG 1995-1996

Children’s Ministry Diverse City 2016-2018

Assistant Special Events Coordinator Diverse City 2017-2018

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Having a mentor like Tony Verde who was the perfect example of love God, love people.

Kids Camp was an amazing anointed sacrificial expression of unity in action.

Men’s Retreat 2015

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Church hurt, things got real, and I burnt out !!

Alcoholism, DWI, lost the ability to drive and spent 10 years and most of my adult life on some type of probation

Accidents, God spared me countless times, 4 minutes at the bottom of a flooded creek, rolling the car across the highway, to laying down the motorcycle at 100+mph.
