Because God has given me so many gifts, being in service in His church is a way I have to thank Him. As a church member, I feel that all members should be involved in some sort of service.

#2 Gift, Teaching (65%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have used this gift since I began teaching swimming lessons at age 15 through 40 years in the classroom. Growing up, I didn’t ever not want to be a teacher. In my adult years, I feel God gave me this gift to connect with other Christian women in the profession in order to build each other up. He always put the right people in my path.

Living and teaching in public schools in 4 different states, God always put in place where I was grouped with other believers. Their witnessing allowed me to strengthen my own faith.

Growing up on a farm in rural Iowa. I learned to love the land and the value of hard work. Everyone does their part!
