S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Jennie Shepherd for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I thrive when ministering truths that I have grown and developed in, to other hungry believers and especially to young soon to be ministers of the Word.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
It seems to be second nature. Even as a young child I have had visions and dreams and knew things before they would happen. I have always just been able to see into the spirit and past the natural concerning people and/or things. It is so natural that when I was young, I thought everyone was this way.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
This comes as a surprise as I never wanted to pastor. LOL I would always rather someone else do that. I would rather fly in and minister truths and sometimes hard truths that provoke real change and leave the pastor to deal with the shepherding of the flock side.
But I think that was my young selfish, self years ago. While serving under my pastors in La. in various positions, one of which was assistant pastor, I felt that I did not want the headaches of their position. But after having spent 4 years ministering to the sick, emotionally distressed and even mentally ill at Rhema’s Healing School, I have realized that there must be a reason the Lord has always placed me in a pastoral position. I genuinely care for the deliverance, growth and prosperity of believers.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Much more/whatever was needed at the time
At nine years old I felt drawn away to be alone and pray. While praying, I had a vision of a lost and dying world burning in hell. I believe that this was the point that the call to ministry was dropped into my heart.
I had a visitation from Jesus that turned my world upside down at the age of 21. He appeared and spoke to me for 11 hours on my living room sofa and showed me what my life would be like if I didn’t change direction and then what HIs plans were for me. After this I returned to the church that I grew up in and they began revival services 2ce a day for 9 months. The Lord told me not to miss a service so I was at every night service and 2 on Sundays.
Shortly after the return to Christ and the revival, the Lord told me to start attending my mother’s church which was a Rhema church (Where I remained until I left to attend Rhema Bible College). This revolutionized my life. While attending the church I grew up in, I was constantly reminded of the sin nature and the rights and the wrongs but after sitting under the Word at Living Word Bible Church, I became to learn and know who I really was IN Christ and the past tense of the Word of God.
Parents divorce and backsliding
Rebellious behavior which led to learning submission to a hurt
