1. Spending quality time with the Lord. Uninterrupted time with no worries of a schedule.
2. Seeing someone who was downcast become encouraged and strengthened. For example, when my students are discouraged because they do not understand a concept. After, one on one instruction, I love seeing the smiles on their faces.
3. Seeing how God can turn a hopeless situation into a hopeful place.

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I became a christian in high school. I was very devout and loved Jesus even though I was not saved. When the gospel was preached to me, I just knew that it was the truth and that what I was missing in my life was Christ and the salvation that he offered.
Sunday School Teacher -John 3:16 Church, Bronx, N.Y. (2Years)
Sunday School Assistant -Church of the Revelation Bronx, N.Y. (3 years)
Church planting- Land of Goshen, Bronx, New York (4 years)
*Having friends who love me just how I was in the moment. They saw Christ in me and thats all that matter to them.
*My grandmothers love. My grandmother just oozed love. She loved and accepted each of her grandkids and it showed in her actions and her words.
Coming to Christ was traumatic for me. I was rejected and abandoned by my family. It was a very lonely time. That experienced helped me to be able to sympathize with those who are hurting.
*Abused during my early years. It has helped me to recognize when other children are in similar situations. It also helped me to be patient with their behaviors that are a direct result of the abuse.
Financial need as a family or personally during my college years. It helped me to not judge why someone might be in a financial mess.
