S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Jermaine H. Whyte for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I often find myself feeling the need to lift someone up when they are down. Also I have been through quite a lot myself and I can testify about what God did for me, so He can do it for you 2 Corinthians 1:3-5
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy when the Lord reveals something through His word and I am able to break it down in such a way that anyone who I am led to share it with can understand. I also enjoy the feeling of seeing someone gain wisdom, knowledge or understanding from something that I have learnt.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy sharing that God loves even the “worst” of us, He loves us while we were yet sinners and if His love can break through the strongest of walls and the most important decision anyone can make in life is surrendering to Jesus Christ!

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
[E]xperience
I became a Christian, April 29, 2008. I had a dream, the second of two that I had (Yes a dream). I had an encounter which made me realize I was running from the Lord. He called me to do something that I wasn’t doing and now I want to fulfill the purpose of God in my life.
Currently involved in the Prison’s Evangelical ministry at the General Penitentiary in Kingston CSO, Jamaica

Having dreams about situations that I knew nothing about and seeing them come to life (Because God said it)
Experiencing God’s presence in the most difficult of circumstances.
Having Godly Mentors who encouraged me in Christ even before I became a Christian.
When I lost vision in my left eye due to a retinal detachment which scared me as I thought I was going to be blind.
The death of my father (March 13, 2014). Now I have been able to stand with persons experiencing grief
Being depressed to the point of considering suicide but actually encountering the embrace of Christ in that moment.
