S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Judy Fabec for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
We are Generosity Rockstars deciding to do so about 18mos to 2 years ago and God has increased us and in 2017 gave us a large portion back by allowing us to win 2 great raffle prizes of cash and a wonderful vacation we just took in February. So he keeps proving draw closer to him and he will close closer to us. We are also excited how Journey is using all the Rockstars $s to further the kingdom!
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I grew up with 2 older brothers with disabilities which I’m currently Legal Guardian of one and POA of the other. I also have a step son with a disability and a son with an active addiction, which my father, brother and ex-husband all had as well. So most of my life there had been some folks that treated me/family as unpriviledged/black sheep so I do enjoy helping out the underdogs. I’ve spent time with seniors in nursing homes and enjoy their stories and making them realize that others do care about them. Also active in 2 groups working with families-parents etc of family members with the brain disease of addiction and how not to enable them which hopefully leads to hitting bottom and sobriety. Gives families their own understanding of what I can and cannot change-The Serenity Prayer-also leads folks to Jesus..I enjoy helping others and also think Hospitality is a gift God gave me

My hubby and I owned a mortgage company for 8 years,I also had a major role in funding a Non-profit and dispersing the funds to cancer patients and figuring out a new procedure to do so. God has blessed me with many roles over the last 20+ years and I’ve enjoyed the peeps I’ve helped and worked along side of including family members. I currently work with husband for the 6th time in our married life which many say is amazing in itself. I enjoy being in a major role to get things done!

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
