#1 Gift, Evangelism (96%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
We live in a time where millennials & Gen X particularly have either lost faith in the church or God as a whole. Often times they need someone to break it down in a way to understand.

#2 Gift, Teaching (96%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I’ve leaned that the best way to take in something is by reading, learning, & then telling someone else about it. So in essence the more you teach the more you’re required to take in to give out! Information is what people need and that helps them grow their faith and trust!

#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (93%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
As disciples we are to lift the people up. The word is full of encouragement. In a world of chaos we need the word of faith to keep our sights set on Christ

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I have been raised in church my whole life. Somethings are taught but it was being placed in the atmosphere long enroute that I grew to know God ,the sacrifice of Jesus, & the power of his Holy Spirit! My grandfather has this amazing presence that I recognized can only come from the time spent with God. That is where I desire to be.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Greater New Solomon Temple. Choir,Praise Team, Drummer, armor bearer for the Superintendent & Pastor & Youth Ministry.1986-2009

The Lighthouse Church. First Impression Ministry, Door Man, Mountain Men, Praise Team, Choir, Prayer Warriors, Minister, & Teen Pastor. 2009-Present

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Having an awesome leader and example from my Grandfather.

The ever growing relationship and leadership of Pastor Keion Henderson.

Marrying my Wife Kortney!

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Losing some things some material & some relational through death or change of seasons

Business & Financial mistakes

Not being able to provide as a husband & Fatther at different time periods early on in the marriage.
