Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. 3. Set up a teaching God’s word school. See His word in action. Power and changed lives. Compassion and encouraging

4. Set up a Counselling training group in church. Train people in counselling skills. Have a TIME TO TALK group at church. Somewhere where people can go and talk, unload, share and get things off their mind. I see this as a vital early intervention in stress and mental health issues. Done well in church it will heal the damage people still carry, make the leaders job easier and could be used to help others too and draw them in. Ver

5. Start a group for the believers who are broken crushed and discouraged. When healed these are the best workers in the church but are usually left and not helped
