Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Seeing other people lean into a hard thing and being successful.

2. Sharing passions. Giving people experiences (ie. sailing) that they never would have had and they will remember for a lifetime.

Feels like the church can become in-grown. So focused on internal ministries, needs, gifts and “truths” that it fails to come along side those outside the church. Being an ‘evangelical’ right now carries a lot of ugly baggage with the world. Much damage done. Serving without agenda and selflessly feels like the only path to restoring any kind of trust with a justifiably skeptical world.
